I might have to reconsider my last post: La Jornada has published a scathing editorial in the aftermath of Fast and Furious, asking whether the United States is an "ally or enemy?"
La Jornada will never accept that the United States is helping Mexico. Theirs is a highly and viciously anti-american stance. It is ideology, they are all for Fidel Castro, who you can read in their pages every single day, or Hugo Chavez.
And most Mexicans know that already, so they take whatever they publish, with a grain of salt.
